Before placing your order

1. Do I have to pay shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for all orders above 80 USD

For orders below 80 USD there is an additional shipping charge of 10 USD.

2. What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept payments by credit and debit card (visa, mastercard, american express, and discover), paypal, amazon pay, apple pay.

3.Why is my cart showing USD?

Our payment gateway provider accepts payment in USD only. You will checkout using USD at the most recent exchange rate.

4. Where do you ship from?

All the products are made in and shipped from India by us.

5. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless the specific product description states otherwise. The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order ships. 

6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders typically arrive within 5-12 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Timelines for arrival depend on location. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Otaku Kulture. 

THESE TIMELINES DEPEND ON YOUR COUNTRY'S PROCESSING, CUSTOMS, AND DELIVERY PROTOCOLS.

7. Do I have to pay customs or import duty on my order?

Minimal customs or import duties might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay the charges if there are any. Unfortunately, we do not have any over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.

If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to india. if the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.


8. How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above 80 USD.


After placing an order

1. How can I track my order?

You can track your order here(insert the tracking page link)

Note: The tracking will only be activated once your order has been shipped, you’ll also receive a mail with all the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. How can I cancel/modify my order?

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day.  We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.

  1. To cancel or modify your orders just drop a mail at care@otakukulture.com mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order id as well.
  2. For modifications - please write “Modify my order” in the email’s subject along with the order no.

3. I received my tracking number but it’s not updating, could you look into it?

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before updating. if an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please contact us at care@otakukulture.com

4. The size I ordered is not a perfect fit, can I exchange it?

All the products are shipped from INDIA. Unfortunately, there’s no economical way of getting it replaced so we would request you to, please refer to the size chart before purchasing the product.

5. How do I apply for a refund for my order?

Tracking is showing false delivery updates. My order is not yet delivered?

In such a case please drop us a mail within 24-48 hrs at care@otakukulture.com so we can get it resolved as soon as possible.

6. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at care@otakukulture.com within 4 days of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. What happens if my order is returned to the sender?

This usually occurs when the address is incorrect or a failed delivery attempt.It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. When the order reaches our warehouse the order amount will be refunded after subtracting the shipping cost incurred by the company.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
