1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to check the status of your delivery on our shipping partner's website.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.
- To cancel or modify your orders just drop a mail at care@otakukulture.com mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order id as well.
- For modifications - please write “Modify my order” in the email’s subject along with the order no.
3. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at care@otakukulture.com within 4 days of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
